By ordering from Aura Veils you agree to all the terms & conditions listed below:

• • Aura Veils does not offer rush orders.

  • Depending on the technical color and brightness settings of your computer or smart device screen, the real colors of the products may differ slightly from those shown in the photos.

  • The price of each product varies and is determined by its design, type of fabric, length, width and other parameters.

  • Product prices shown on auraveils.com do not include shipping costs, taxes and VAT.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Aura Veils is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Aura Veils is not responsible if your order arrives to you after the wedding date and no refund can be given.

  • Each product is individually made to order and therefore returns are not accepted and refunds can not be given.

  • Before making the invoice, you will be provided with a final description about your order (full description, approximate production time, price, etc.). After receiving an agreement about the final description, Aura Veils will send you the invoice. You then have 2 weeks to return the full payment. If full payment is not made within 2 weeks or made after the due date the payment will be returned and the order will have to be reissued. 

  • Order production times are reserved in Aura Veils calendar only after receiving full payment about the order.

  • Aura Veils has the rights to extend or shorten the order production time if that is necessary (material delivery issues, natural disasters etc.). The customer will be notified about the changes and updated about the new production time.

  • The distance contract between Aura Veils and the customer comes into existence when Aura Veils receives full payment from the customer.

  • The invoice will be sent to customer via e-mail. It is made electronically and is valid without a signature.

  • Aura Veils only accepts non-cash payments (money transfers to Aura Veils bank account or PayPal).

  • All goods remain the property of Aura Veils until fully paid for by the customer.

  • After receiving full payment for the order, the customer won't be able to make changes, cancel or exchange the order for any other Aura Veils product.

  • The originally planned width and length of your finished veil may differ from -5 to +5 cm (this is due to the complex nature of tulle fabrics).

  • Aura Veils has the rights to publish pictures, videos and other media of your order and its making process on auraveils.com and Aura Veils social media platforms.

  • All media (photos, videos, digital sketches etc.) shown on auraveils.com and Aura Veils social media platforms belong to Aura Veils, unless stated otherwise, and can't be reused, reproduced, sold, passed off as someone else's or otherwise infringe the copyright of Aura Veils.

  • When ordering a product with a design provided by the customer, it is the customers responsibility for the provided design to be copyright free. If at any point (while making the order, after selling it or publishing it on social media platforms) any complaints from original design owners/artists arise, the customer who provided the design is responsible for the legal consequences of breaking copyright laws.

  • During the development of an individualized product, Aura Veils can create a digitized sketch for the customer. The customer, any other individual or business has no rights to further reproduce, sell or pass off the products depicted in the sketches as their own or otherwise infringe the copyrights of Aura Veils. Aura Veils reserves the right to reproduce the sketches and the products depicted in them in the development of other customer orders (to use again in the creation of other customer products). 

  • The customer is responsible for any damages created to the product by not following the veil care guide (available here) or any other care and use instructions given in the ordering process.

  • Veil weights have to be used carefully. Each veil weight has to be attached to the veil at least 10 cm away from each other. They may break if snapped together from too far away and with too much force. Aura Veils veil weights are not designed to help veils withstand heavy winds. 

  • Aura Veils is not responsible if the order gets lost or damaged during the delivery process, no refund from Aura Veils will be given.

  • If a parcel is returned to Aura Veils due to an incorrect address, the customer has to pay the shipping costs for re-sending again and no refund will be given.
