About Aura Veils
Aura Veils is a true small business, managed by yours truly - Ivonna!
I am thankful & honored that you are here and considering (or have already decided) to complement your bridal look with a wedding accessory made by me!
Aura Veils evolved from a side hobby to my profession. I truly enjoy doing hours and hours of detailed hand beading and embroidery, that's why here you'll find beautiful bridal accessories embellished with tiny rhinestones, hand embroidered designs & much more.
I run Aura Veils on my own and take care of every aspect of your order personally - from responding to your first email through to sewing and packing your precious wedding accessories. My promise - every order will be accepted and handled with the utmost love and care!
Every now and then this website will be updated with new creations, but until then you can follow my work on Aura Veils Instagram.
I hope that my veils will create a wonderful aura for your wedding look and someday become a heirloom for someone close to you!
Lots of love,
Ivonna ♡
Veil attachments
Your wedding veil needs to be secured to your bridal hairstyle with some kind of an attachment. Together with your veil, you can order 7, 10 or 12 cm (2,8'', 4'' and 4,7'') wide silver color hair comb (wrapped with your veil tulle and already sewn to your veil or separately put in the box).
If you're unsure about the attachment tool you need, feel free to ask for advice!
Tulle
Aura veils & accessories are made out of soft, ethereal tulle fabrics and they are available in classic white, ivory and in many more colors. It is highly recommended to order tulle samples before ordering your veil, because the colors in photos may differ greatly from real life!
If you're planning your wedding look to be in a traditional, white or ivory color scheme, I strongly recommend matching the color of your veil to your wedding dress or vice versa, otherwise the clashing of different shades may be noticeable in your wedding photos. To better understand what shade of tulle you need, look at your dress in natural daylight (bring it near a window or take it outside) and put a white sheet of printing paper halfway under it. Usually the color difference will be easily noticeable - if the color of your dress seems warmer than the paper, choose from warmer tulle shades, like pale ivory. If both the paper and your dress seem cool tone - white tulle will be your best choice.
Embellishments
I truly believe that your wedding veil is the perfect tangible piece from your wedding day that can and should be passed on as a meaningful heirloom, that's why finding embellishments with excellent visual properties and durability is my top priority.
